Mi experiencia general en el hotel ha sido positiva: es confortable, limpio y bien mantenido. Su ubicacion es muy conveniente para mi. El personal es atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Existe un problema recurrente de ruido en habitaciones cercanas. En estadias anteriores se presentó durante la noche, pero en mi última estancia comenzó desde las 2–3 p.m. y se prolongó por varias horas, con gritos y sonidos explícitos de actividad íntima a un volumen excesivo. Contacté a recepción en dos ocasiones, el personal actuó con disposición, pero la situación no se resolvió; me vi obligada a retirarme de mi habitación aproximadamente a las 5 p.m. ya que no era posible descansar ni trabajar. Esto no es consistente con un entorno orientado a huéspedes de perfil familiar o de negocios y afecta la calidad de la estadía.

Personal amable, habitación cómoda y limpia. Con mi familia siempre nos alojamos en ese hotel al viajar a Lima, curiosamente nos ha tocado la misma habitación 4 veces.
