In the fringe of the city.

The room stank. It's not really worth the money. They asked for extra cash for security, and didn't tell anyone else how to refund it. The sheets had stains. The toilet was leaking behind the seat, making it smell. The TV was broken. The rooms don't have windows to air them out. Other guests left their doors open to air them out. This motel could make a ton of money, but they need to work on their service.
