Location was brilliant

Close to Mac Donalds

The walls are really thin, can hear footsteps of those next-door or upstairs.At night the bar next door was really loud and going late.

Close to Epworth Hospital. Secure car parking

Bed was hard, linen had ask holes from smoking in a non smoking room. No milk for tea or coffee. Bathroom sink had a big crack in it and the tap was glued in place. Stairs in the main entrance were covered in plastic which moved under your feet. Felt unsafe. There were people running up and down all night and lots of shouting. Kept us awake and difficult to get some sleep.

Room was dirty, power outlet smoking, sheets just cover bed, ac drain runs into shower, shower runs all the time

So close to city, worth it just for the included parking

Obviously older facilities, but was clean and no issues
