Das Frühstück war gut

Mich hat gestört, dass wir, bevor wir in unser Zimmer gehen konnten, erst durchlaufen mussten. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum WC standen offen, was auf mich nicht hygienisch wirkte.

Une équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour Habib le responsable d'équipe qui nous a vraiment chouchouté et à su répondre à tous nos besoins. Le riad est également très bien situé en plein coeur de la médina

The location is close to Dar El Bacha Museum and shopping streets entering into the medina area. It is a just a little outside of the main busy area and was nice and quiet. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

The rug in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it was a little worn. The pool needed some additional cleaning upon our arrival.

It was the worst experience that I had. The room was terrible with a very bad smell.

Lovely, pretty and quiet. Beds comfy. Room lovely and courtyard beautiful. Rooftop was nice too. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We were near most things so easily walkable but taxi’s very close to us if we needed one. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Sabir who spent a lot of his time helping us.

Only minor problem for us was that we couldn’t get the shower temperature correct so kept going hot and cold but it didn’t bother us enough to ask a staff member to help or look at.

Ho recentemente soggiornato al riad Nasreen a Marrakech e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Fin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con un calore e un'ospitalità eccezionali. Il riad è un vero rifugio dal trambusto della città. Gli interni sono decorati con dettagli tradizionali marocchini, creando un'atmosfera magica e accogliente. I colori vivaci, la ceramica artigianale e i delicati mosaici rendono ogni angolo un piacere per gli occhi. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e attento. Ogni mattina ci attendeva una colazione deliziosa con specialità locali, e sono stati sempre pronti a darci consigli sui posti da visitare e sui ristoranti da provare. Situato nel cuore della medina, il riad è perfetto per esplorare i mercati e i luoghi di interesse. Ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la tranquillità del riad, nonostante fosse così vicino all'animata vita di Marrakech. Consiglio vivamente questo riad a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e confortevole a Marrakech.
