The room, the location, the beautiful view and the building itself it looked very well put together.

Honestly, I would have given this a 10/10 if not for the fact that the people next to our room were so loud and it was around midnight and they didn’t seem bothered by it at all. Some of us want to have a relaxing time at a nice hotel. It is a 12th century building so you would expect the walls are not sound proof plus with the wooden floors.. I hope there is some kind of gentle reminder for guests to be mindful of noise.

A beautiful property with old world charm to it. Reception staff and service staff, especially our chef Kevin was amazing. Will definitely recommend this quaint little gem.

Major improvements needed with the kitchen! One hour wait for food when only two of us in the restaurant and it was cold when it finally came out. Also, male member of staff could do with some more customer relations training. Breakfast, lack of choice, not great offering of cooked breakfast
