The mattress

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby restaurants. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The staff were also friendly, patient, and professional. Everything, including cleanliness, service, and value for money, was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests.

Poached eggs a little overdone. Great breakfast choices but full English a little disappointing in content.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Surroundings were lovely, with a large garden for visitors to enjoy. Very close to Canterbury - a 3 mile walk if you are feeling energetic, or a short drive to Wincheap for the park and ride into the centre of the city.

There is no lift. However, help with luggage was given by reception staff so this was not a major problem.

Le lieu est typique et très agréable, au calme et dans un très joli cadre de verdure. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Ambiance cosy. Le petit déjeuner est top avec un grand choix de plats typiquement anglais à la carte.

Uniquement le service trop long du dîner et les prix un peu trop élevés des plats.
