Die Lage am See, großzügige Tiefgarage mit Platz für E-Bikes, Parken mit Fahrradträger für Anhängerkupplung am KFZ möglich. Haben Potdam komplett mit E-Bikes besichtigt. Gute Fahrradwege. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Haben das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon erst einen Tag später bekommen, da es trotz vorheriger telefonischer Anmeldung nicht gereinigt war. Reinigung des Zimmers wurde trotz Anmeldung am Vortag nicht durchgeführt. Das Auffüllen des Frühstückbuffets hätte zügiger von statten gehen können.

Nichts wirklich.

Personal. Service. Frühstück. Schlechte Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. Bar schließt um 23.00 Uhr. Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre(20?) gekommen.

Das Frühstück- und Abendessen war super. 👍 Die Lage am See und in der Natur war sehr schön.

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht, da denkt man die liegen nebeneinander, aber nein auf verschiedenen Etagen, nach langen diskutieren hat es dann doch geklappt .Zimmer waren nach vier Tagen, nicht einmal gereinigt worden. Ach wenn man die Umwelt schonen will, aber bei den Preisen.
