NLDe medewerkers aan de balie zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Koffie en thee op de kamer.
Geen airco. De schoonmaak die om 8.30u (weekend) je kamer binnenloopt terwijl uitchecktijd 11.00u is. Badkamer is zeer gedateerd en de douche in een bad is niet prettig (en niet veilig!). Bij het ontbijt kun je geen cappuccino met plantaardige melk krijgen (…). Teleurstellend is dat je kleinere standaard kamer krijgt als je via Booking boekt. Wel top dat we alsnog een normale/grotere standaard kamer kregen.
DEDEFrühstück war sehr gut. Eine gute Auswahl und lecker. Abendessen wie auch das Bistro waren sehr gut und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.
DEDas Hotel ist auf verschiedene Häuser verteilt. Dadurch sind die Zimmer ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und groß. Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut. Abendessen im gehobenen Bereich.
Neue Handtücher könnten angeschafft werden. SPA ist nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer.

We didn’t sleep in the castle, not even the restaurant. So false expectations The room was extremely hot (30 degrees) and no airconditioning!…. Shower in the slippery bath tub = dangerous Breakfast: disinterested staff In summary: the castle is only a decor, the stay is not worth the price, disappointing
NLStaff is friendly and the surroundings are beautiful. Also the sauna/infra-red cabins are a big plus. Room was good - clean and nicely decorated. The bar with (sun)terrace is also great. Communication about my stay beforehand via e-mail was good.
Considering the price, the breakfast was not that good (bread was old). In general, I felt that the price is quite high compared to boutique hotels in the surrounding that offer comparable quality (except for the spa). I really enjoyed my stay, but would not necessarily consider it 'luxurious', which you would expect from this price category (e.g., great breakfast, baggage service at check-in, welcoming front desk).

Merendeel personeel was niet echt gezellig, bistro duur en niet echt goed, zwembad op t laatst gesloten
