NLDe ligging en de accommodatie
De warmte in de kamer. Minimale ventilatie en geen airco
DEDie Lage des Hotels ist ein wenig abseits dafür aber sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich geschnitten (wie ein Tortenstück) aber geräumig mit einem relativ großen Bad und räumlich abgetrennter Toilette. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.

Toen ik in middag wilde douchen bleek er geen warm water, storing zou pas rond middernacht worden opgelost. Ik vroeg andere kamer omdat in andere gebouw geen storing was, die was vrij maar kregen we niet. We moesten douchen bij zwembad maar dat was openbare douche, ik had geen zwemkleding bij. Ik vond de geboden oplossing niet goed, heb nog bericht gestuurd maar geen reactie nog gehad. Ik begrijp dat situatie ook voor hotel onverwacht was maar ze hadden betere oplossing kunnen bedenken, er waren nog kamers vrij in andere gebouw. Ook niets anders aangeboden gekregen. Jammer want verder is het fijn hotel, wel ontbreekt airco, sommige kamers te warm

DEDas Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Umgebung war ruhig und trotzdem ist man in 12 Minuten in Aachen.
SPA können wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Schmutzige Liegestühle und eine Sauna aus Glas. Da fehlt die Feuchtigkeit.

Badkamer liet te wensen over. Badkamerdeur was versleren, douche had weinig waterdruk en bleef lauw.
