The owners Very friendly and helpful . Room comfortable and clean. The location excellent.

Location of the property for Waterville was very good. The double bed however was two singles pushed together with soft mattresses. It was difficult to sleep as the curtains were flimsy and the room was very bright from sunrise(early!!) A blackout blind or curtain would sort this out!

Fine place for a night to stay, nothing amazing or poor one way or the other, mediocre.

Great food. Looked after very well by allan and bfona. Exgremely helpful. Substantial great bfast. Both very caring Bed a bit saggy. Other guests can be noisy

This property was horrible from start to finish. When we checked in the lady was so rude and disrespectful.I had sent an email to make sure the rooms were adjoining with a bathroom and we were confirmed that it was.When we arrived it was 2 seperate rooms with a seperate bathroom.The sheets had holes, it smelled like paint, the walls had cracks, The property is falling apart.

Nice location close to the town centre. Amazing breakfast!

Very nice historical place, clean and very friendly. Cute small coastal town - Walking distance to the ocean front and Waterville golf course.
