"Good"

Missed an email , didn’t arrive in time to gain access. Couldn’t contact staff. From the outside looked quite run down. Luckily didn’t pay anything but after battling through storms to get there felt tired and disappointed.

"Excellent value and clean well appointed accommodation."

Well located. Clean and modern. Good quality plunger coffee and range of teas. Cookies were a bonus. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves.

"Good St Albans Option"

Very happy with the room and facilities overall. A very comfy bed. It's next to a busy road so there was some traffic noise but I knew that before booking.

Traffic noise - but it wouldn't stop me staying again. A good option for that area.

"]OK, bit noisy traffic ,traffic etc. Handy to where we wanted to visit."

Could here people using toilet during the night. Using TV bit of guess for us ,in our 80's! No instructions. Would not have known where to gather in event of an emergency .! No info!]
