Great location, especially the 2 minute walk to the Cranford Ale House, where the food was fantastic.

Unfriendly staff. We booked the placed and was charged by booking.com but cannot check in when we arrived.The staff said it was cancelled by booking.com without giving any evidence. He didn't help to contact booking.com to clear the case and unfriendly asking us to leave. We have to booked another place to stay, which is much more expensive due to last min deal and very troublesome.

Location was perfect for us. Manager was very helpful & accommodating.

Very handy location for the event I was attending, and the price was very reasonable. Free parking was great. Bath was very welcomed and the water pressure is amazing!

The air conditioning unit made interesting noices during the night (so I had to turn it off, even though it was too warm). I'm not used to noice at night so sleep was disturbed (coming from a quiet rural area), earplugs would have solved this though so recommend to bring some if you are a light sleeper. Cleaning, particularly in the bathroom, left a little to be desired (hair on the wall and in the bath tub that got missed). The bed wasn't to my liking, however, that's quite an individual thing, so while my comfort score was lower, someone else might like a firmer matress.
