Hotel Goreme Sakura

Very kindly family hotel and reseption... thank you so much

The staff was extremely friendly. It was reasonable and had all the basic things. Room was clean. Location was also very good. We walked only five minutes for thermal pool and mini buses are available easily too. The owner and a guy there hussain was very accomodating. Would recommend it to everyone I know.

Good hotel, the owner take good care of us real well, drop us and our heavy luggage to the bus stop, which was really helpfull. only sometimes there was this smell of horse poo around the hotel. The wifi didn't work well in the room.

Arriving late in the evening to a deserted reception the initial impression was one of huge disappointment as the swimming pool was drained and had clearly been empty for quite some time. Fifteen minutes later after eventually finding someone to check me in by shouting rather loudly outside the building I was shown to my room by a surly individual who seemed to think I was being unreasonable for being so upset by the empty pool. The room was adequate but not too clean but worst of all the two towels folded neatly on the end of the bed were wet and had made the bedding damp also. I went back to reception but finding it empty and being unable to find the guy again, and by this time being really tired, I gave up and went and found another hotel around the corner which luckily had a room. When I posted an initial review on this site about the empty pool and damp towels and bedding I received an abusive reply from the hotel telling me I was a liar! I can’t see what reason I would have to lie when I lost the money on this booking as it was non-refundable.

Great location. BUT the front desk? not good. The pool can't swim in. Needs to be filled up and a good clean. If the owners think it's clean they should look at what the other pools look like in the area. Big difference.

Very clean. No smell of smoke whatsoever. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. Wifi NOT working.

We really disappointed with the hotel when we first arrived at the hotel , we booked for 3 rooms of a family of 8 members .. the hotel room were NOT ready to sale .. room were full of dust bed sheets were not clean and in the toilet there still some awful thing inside it. We were already tired from our long journey from Istanbul hoping to get a good rest but .....and plus some of my family member is allergic to dust having an asthma ..after complaining for some time we got switched the room but still not clean with a broken chair ..

Very nice budget, no-frills hotel in Pamukkale. Walk to everything Pamukkale has to offer and in the evening, watch the sunset from the fountains. Best part was Manager Ibrahim who speaks English fluently and is very helpful in every way. For lunch, don't miss the buffet lunch at Antik Hotel which has tons of gourmet vegan/vegetarian salads and entrees. Owner family lives on site and are very hospitable too. However, you might have to educate them as to what vegan/vegetarians eat before the breakfast time!
