Hotel Goreme Sakura

The warm welcome and homey feel in addition to location makes this hotel worth staying at.

For the price no issue at all. Just a bed for one night sleep.

I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were nothing but warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful and modern, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was seriously a treat. The staff helped with anything and everything we needed and we felt like we were at home. If you're travelling to Pamukkale, STAY HERE!!

FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommended. Not only was this perfect location for us the customer service was second to none. I have never experienced anything like it, such a fantastic experience i just wanted to stay longer. And the food there was just beautiful. Thanks so much guys you made our stay that much better in Pammukkale.

This was an overnight stop while we were visiting pamukala as it was a 5 hour drive from where we were staying near bodrum. Eat at the hotel which was good and inexpensive. The pool was a particular attraction due to the very hot day. Overall very good value for money.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a wonderfully run family business. We were treated to some local wine and helped out with internet travel searches and given lots of useful info above and beyond expectations. Abraham on the desk was a star. The wife/mother cooks authentic Turkish food at reasonable prices. We almost never choose to eat in the hotel we stay at but because these guys gave off such a good vibe we did - it totally paid off. Food was great. Occasionally you come across something worth writing a review about, this was it. Great location as well, only a short walk up the hill to the white rocks.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating! They did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed and went above and beyond to help me. I never felt pressured. I found it to be nice and peaceful, about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street where you can enter the water pools and access the heiropolis.

The hotel is centrally located in Goreme and fully booked. Building work on a terrace outside our room was noisy. The room itself was new but the bathroom was a revelation - it was an original cappadocian cave room. The jaccuzzi bath would have been welcome, unfortunately only cold water came out. Afterwards it was filled by what looked like lots of pieces of concrete, which I was told was normal in such a room. The shower was fine. Breakfast was friendly & good. It took 45 mins for the hotel visa card machine to work.

Me and my girlfriend arrived by bus mid day. The owner of the hotel happened to be by the bus station and gave us a lift to the hotel. Hotel was in great shape. We spend the afternoon by the pool (which was very clean). That evening the owner gave us a lift to the North gate of Pammukale which saved us from taking a taxi. Hotel room was very clean, comfy. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night since we were too tired to head into town. View from restaurant was beautiful, food was average and could have been better, but the wine, view and staff made up for it.

The positives about this hotel is that the people who run it are very nice and it is reasonably well located. There also is a pretty pool. The bad: the hotel is falling apart. The rooms are gross (the sink drained onto the bathroom floor, and I told the owner about it and he seemed to have already known and did not do anything to fix it notwithstanding he said he would). They also push tours on you for Pammukale which you can do yourself much cheaper and give yourself more time at the sites without having to go to an Onyx factory. I do not recommend this place.
