Location

Having our confirmed room reservation given away and being asked to pay more for an "upgrade" room that had heavy cigarette smell, appliances falling apart and everything touched felt sticky. Can not recommend the family suite. Hopefully other rooms were better.

Graffiti on the walls, the lock on the door was broken and wouldn't lock, felt unsafe, and the front desk person was unfriendly.

The front staff was rude, charged me extra claiming the reservation was under a different name because i used my mothers m/c to hold the room, yet the email i recieved for confirmation was in my name. I was then called at midnight from the same gentleman claiming we were "talki g to loud" and that if someone called him again with se complaint he would kick us out. There for the rest of my stay was spent laying on the bed with tv turned down low, unable to catch up with Fiance that i hadnt seen in over 5months. Not to mention the room was dirty!! I do NOT reccomend this motel.

Room was quiet, sheets were clean.

Dirty, nothing has been updated in untold years, pretty sure the toilet was from 1990. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows sucked.
