Simple, decent little motel. A little dirty in areas but comfy. Free parking right outside your room is a nice feature. Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, made sure we were happy with everything at check in. I found it comfortable and quiet, stayed for three nights.

Close to hwy. this is where I usually stay when staying in Kamloops overnight. Good rates, not noisy , easy access from hwy 1.

The price on booking .com which is where I booked the hotel room was not what was charged to me at the hotel. Difference of $30 too much
