Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dallas West by IHG

The place was very clean, the beds were comfy and the hygiene products were nice.

I know the hotel had nothing to do with this, but they're was construction next door

lpcation was really good. A lot of businesses around and eating places. Could walk to many places if wanted to.

Went to get breakfast at 6:30. The person in front of me got all the eggs and sausage. There was no one around for me to ask for more so I could eat before I needed to leave to be somewhere. I stood there for 10 minutes. Never saw anyone that worked in the kitchen so I had to leave with no hot breakfast. Was rather disappointed. Paid for a room with 2 queens. Checked in and went to our room and we only had 1 bed. Not sure why they didn’t tell me they were changing my room and still having to pay the full amount. Husband went to get it switched since we had our son with us. They originally told him they had no rooms available. But then gave us a key for a room with the 2 queen beds in it. Bathroom floor was dirty and had hair all on the floor. Where the coffee counter is was dirty with coffee spills on it.

Room was clean and nice breakfast. Only issue front desk was hard to get ahold of to confirm my next day reservation to try and keep the same room. I called front desk 2 differnt times no one called my room or cell number back had to go down next morning and wait for someone to come to front desk to help me .

Das Hotel hält, was es verspricht, der gute Holiday Inn Standard mit gratis Parkplätzen. Alles sauber, neuer TV, bequeme Betten, Dove Produkte. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Min beim 6 Floor Museum und 40 Min in Fort Wort Stockyards. Gleich ums Eck gibt es einen Walmart und Murphys Tankstelle, die günstig ist. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Nutzung gegen Geld. Eine Mikrowelle ist im Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
