"I requested 2 queen beds and when we arrived they said they did not have that request."

When looking for a hotel I specifically put the location I wanted. Booking.com put hotels, specifically this Holiday Inn on the list. It was not near where we wanted to stay.

"Holiday Inn Express always feels like a good choice and good value"

The staff was very accommodating. They allowed me to switch rooms when I couldn't get the thermostat to work and also gave me a late checkout upon request when I needed a little extra time. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.
