My stay at the hotel was very nice. The property is convenient to lots of great restaurants, safe, walkable, and easy to access from the interstate. The room was nice and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. The only negative about my stay was the mattress. My mattress had virtually no support. It's time to replace the mattresses! Next time I stay I will ask for a room with a newer mattress.

We love to stay at the Sole. The staff is always friendly and it’s very convenient for events in downtown Pensacola.

The hotel was convenient to everything in downtown. They have a nice lounge area outside by a fountain and a happy hour offered in the breakfast area. The rooms have nice plantation shutters and overall was a great stay.

The grab and go breakfast was nice. TV and shower in my room had problems.

Great location, updated room, would stay again. The only negative was the quests in the room next us were loud and parting until 4:00 am .Many rooms were obviously not occupied since the blinds were open and lights on to display the rooms so it was disappointing to have very loud people right on the other side of the wall. Would have been a better experience if the quests were spread out. Another thing that could be beneficial would be to have an employee or security personnel be aware of what is going on by walking the property. I considered complaining while there but because of it being a small property that could have just made things worse.
