Sole Inn and Suites

I booked a suite and when i got there they did not have a suite. I was told to call expedia and have them call the hotel to get reimbursed the difference between a suite and regular king. I did and the hotel refused to refund me any cost. I called the motel and spoke directly to them. They refused to give me any money back and argued with me aboit it. Never go there if you dont have to.

Very nice hotel. Staff very very very friendly. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Friendly, clean, quiet, spacious room

This was not our first stay at the Sole Inn. We love the location and the friendliness of the staff. We were able to walk to the Hockey game, to the farmers market the next morning and to the restaurants downtown. Thanks for everything!

no coffee available in lobby in the morning. vending machine empty (no water) tight parking.

Cozy little room in the middle of town. Short walking distance to restaurants and Bay center. Very friendly staff.

The hotel has a cute retro vibe. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, but we loved to common area for guests to use. The check in staff was not welcoming or friendly at all and didn’t tell us there was a happy hour or breakfast and didn’t smile or show us any friendliness at all. At least pretend like you like your job and are happy to welcome guests!

We came down for Mardi Gras. The room was good. Perfectly located. Only complaint was the AC didn’t work well. I wouldn’t be able to stay here in the summer. My family had a total of 4 rooms and all of the rooms were like this.
