Sole Inn and Suites

Great staff and location. We booked our room for 3 people and when the 3rd showed up the person who checked them in said that the room wasn’t meant for 3; so they might want to revise their description of the suite.

This is an old motel that somebody "renovated". Unfortunately, the renovation consisted of little more than a coat of paint. All the furnishings were apparently purchased from the bargain rack at Sam's club. From the unusable chair next to the unusable desk to the styrofoam pillows to the tiny off-brand television, everything is the cheapest possible option. Uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also, the shower stalls in the bathrooms give one the feeling of rinsing off in a Russian prison. Tiny, dark and dirty with just a trickle of water. The location is great, the daytime staff is pleasant and helpful, but the property leaves a lot to be desired.

Unlike most hotels, the mattress and pillows were amazing! Front office staff very friendly. Outdoor area was relaxing.

Great little hotel right on the main street of Pensacola. Clean and quiet, with great staff. Will plan to stay here again on my next trip.

This Inn might have the street appearance of a vintage 3-story motel, but the location is great for walking to many restaurants, bars, churches, Saenger theater and farmer's market. The lobby and room were modern, clean and comfortable. And the staff is unusually friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was adequate, and there is a daily happy hour featuring a free drink and snacks. I expect to make a return stay one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sole Inn & Suites! It was very conveniently located near the Saenger for the show we were in Pensacola to see. The walk to the Saenger was scenic and filled with interesting shops, very reminiscent of New Orleans. We would definitely pick this hotel again without hesitation. Clean, safe, friendly staff, great complimentary continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the Happy Hour! Staff was extremely friendly and provided great service! Will definitely stay there again!!!

The staff were really friendly. Quick check in process. When asked for anything they accommodated it. Staff is not the issue. The issues are: The bed very very very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a box spring. The blanket was dirt, and paper thin. The floor had stickers and goat heads (dry barbed plant things) all over. We kept stepping on them daily. The shower drain cover was raised and clipping my heel. Plus the shower door doesn’t even latch. So water gets everywhere. The outside area is decent nice sitting area, but still dirty. This place definitely needs a makeover. But keep the front desk people. They’re super nice.

Perfect! It's a motel structure on the main street, so I was a little worried when I booked. But the property is very clean, very safe, and very quiet. The management was delightful and helpful from first checkin and throughout. The location is unbeatable, we walked to everything, including getting folks in their 80s to see downtown Pensacola.
