InterContinental Hua Hin Resort by IHG

The hotel has 2 wings. Bluport Wings & Beach Wings. Without acknowledge this before, we just booked our stay directly via the hotel’s website. When we were there, we are surprised with an upgraded room. And that we got room at the Beach Wing. We did really appreciate it. The room is very spacious. With a bubble bath at the balcony. With welcome drinks & chocolates in the room. Very attentive. The room was very clean, completed with a perfect 5 star amenities in the room. The most important thing for us was; the sound-proofing! Even though our room was at the street side, we didn’t bother with the traffic outside. So chapeau 👏 for that. The breakfast was impeccable with lots of choices. All the staffs were very friendly and tried their best to make the stay comfortable. The hotel has direct access to the beach and also via the bridge to Bluport mall. There’s one minus point ; the airco in our room, even though we had set the fan to low, the blower was still so hard to our preference… But it’s absolutely not a deal breaker. We loved our stay here.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Very nice and big room (the view was the only minus since we were on the third floor and blocked by building 2). The best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced (and we have been to a lot of hotels). All allergens were also marked, wich made our life so much easier. Always friendly and attentive service and beautiful grounds. The children thought the kids club was just ok and got a bit bored at the pool because no floaties were allowed, but we parents loved everything from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Hua Hin.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and it was exactly what I look for: calm, comfort, and efficiency — without unnecessary excess. Service throughout the stay was professional and consistent. A special thanks to Mr. Tum, who handled all our requests with kindness and efficiency and really helped make the experience smooth. The Club Lounge is a strong point: relaxed breakfasts, good coffee during the day, and well-prepared evening cocktails and finger food. It makes the stay effortless. As I’m currently preparing for a marathon, I appreciated the gym and the overall quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to maintain my routine and recover properly. The hotel delivers what it promises: well-managed, comfortable, and reliable. I would gladly return.

We stayed here for 8 nights in February its a perfect location on the beachfront. The hotel facilities are all well maintained and lots of shopping, restaurants and transportation right there. The staff are well presented and are so helpful, always greeting guests and can't do enough. A special thanks to Miss Prim in the restaurant for making every breakfast so special, great service and always with a smile. Highly recommend this big brand option, beach wing is definitely worth the little extra.

Another superb stay at the Hua Hin Intercontinental hotel . There are too many names to mention at how great the service was but there is one in particular and his name is TUM the chief butler who knew it was my birthday on Valentine’s Day. I end to grab a coffee at the club lounge and when he brought my coffee he also brought me a gorgeous birthday cake from the team. What a lovely thought . TUM throughout our whole trip has gone above and beyond to make us feel really special and he deserves the best . He as a true asset to the team here . We stayed in room 5102 . See you again next year!

I would like to sincerely appreciate the butler TUM for his exceptional service. He was extremely hospitable, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. His warm personality and willingness to help with everything truly made the experience special. Every detail was handled with care, and he always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Outstanding service!

Great Hotel with great staff. Second time we stay there and it is always nice to stay there. If I have to mention one thing, it is the breakfast where pork seems to be dominating the dishes , which is fine, but I just wish there were pork free options of the warm dishes that include pork. Just to have vegetarian options where the omelet pan used for vegetarian dishes is not used for the meat dishes. again, I am certain that if I had mentioned it, they would have accommodated it but we only stayed there for 3 days thus it was not a big issue.
