Super Kid-friendly hotel. Great services from the hotel staff. My son enjoys the Royal Blossom train and also the train at the hotel very much!

Paradise on Earth. Unbelievable service and amenities across the board. The team in the Club Intercontinental were standouts and all were exceptional in servicing breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. My amazing experience at this hotel was in big part thanks to the team in the Club Intercontinental, especially Tum, who’s professionalism and friendliness made the experience one I’ll never forget. 10/10 recommend.

We spent 10 days in this magnificent hotel with my wife. Our room was on the beach wing (Premium room). The hotel itself is awesome! Staff is very polite and positive, breakfast has excellent choice of different food that varies a little bit during the week and everything tasted great. Although March is still quite busy time in Hua Hin, there never was lack of anything in the breakfast or in the hotel in overall. The hotel has direct access to bluport mall which is awesome, and also one complimentary visit to Vana Nava waterpark. Although bear in mind, that you still have to pay for the lockers in Vana Nava, if you want to keep you stuff safe. This wasn't mentioned to us when receiving the tickets from reception so good thing we had some money with us. We also highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel (Azure and Jaras), and especially the friday night seaside BBQ buffet. The variety and taste of the food is superb and the price is very reasonable. Special mention to the reception staff and manager who took good care of us when my wife got sick in the end of our stay. We even got to keep our room until our ride arrived, so my wife could rest in our room. Thank you very much! Pros: + Breakfast + Location + Staff + Peace + Beach access + Mall access + Nearby markets (Tamarind and Cicada) Of course every hotel has something to improve: - Our room was overall very good, but the soundproof of the door was quite bad, so some of the loudest noises could be heard from the corridor. Also our room had the opportunity to connect to the next door room, and you could also easily hear the sounds from the connecting room through the door. Also the room was a bit outdated but we didn't mind the markings on the floor. - Sunbeds, sunbeds, sunbeds.. A common issue in almost every hotel, as almost all of the sunbeds were already reserved at 8.30 in the morning, although many of them remained empty throughout the day dispite of the towels sitting on the beds. The hotel has written policy that you could only reserve the sunbeds for 1 hour, but we didn't notice that the staff would have obeyed this rule even once. We were still able to get sunbeds every day, but this could be an issue for some people. Overall very relaxing stay, and we would love to stay again here when we come back to Hua Hin next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the thoughtful amenities prepared for children—they were very cute and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a selection of pillows to choose from, allowing me to sleep very well. One of the highlights was the flexibility to extend check-out time until 2 p.m. (subject to availability), which made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient. I would also like to sincerely thank one of the staff members at the front area (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). When we arrived in the late afternoon, my son was excited to ride the hotel’s mini train, but we were told it was the last round. This staff member kindly suggested that we ride the train first before checking in and even arranged for the train to run one more round so my son wouldn’t be disappointed. His kindness and empathy truly meant a lot to us and made our stay extra special. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return again.

The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely outlook. Breakfasts were exceptional.

Service was a little slow at the pool bar and the day beds looked like they could do with a decent clean.
