InterContinental Hua Hin Resort by IHG

The Hua Hin Intercontinental Resort is paradise. The service, amenities and staff were all exceptional upon our arrival and over the entire duration of our stay. The Club Intercontinental team were all standouts for their professionalism, friendliness, and service. This included amazing service from Tum, Kom, Jigsaw, Pond, Mink, Sine, Srijana, and Jessy, which made our experience one I will never forget. The standard and cleanliness of the room in which I stayed was exceptional, and the work of the housekeeping staff, especially one member of the housekeeping staff, Poo, was excellent. Would highly recommend, 10/10.

This is an amazing resort! It is absolutely beautiful! The beach, restaurants, morning breakfast and decor are exceptional. The staff are all so very pleasant and attentive. One in particular, Shama an apprentice who served us in morning buffet was charming, pleasant and very helpful. Ou housekeeper whose name I did not catch was very attentive and pleasant. The staff at front desk were also extremely nice. The food at the breakfast buffet and Azure was excellent! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

First time stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room beyond expectation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room design created a relaxing atmosphere, and of course, loved the bathtub. Even though the room was located on the BluePort side, it did not ruin the stay at all. Oh… food from room service was great!!! The pool and beachfront made this stay even more enjoyable, create a relaxing and memorable experience. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the wonderful staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. A special thanks to the Front Team, especially “Khun GOB,” for taking such great care, which made this journey even more special. Overall, it was an amazing and incredible stay. If you are looking for a beachfront hotel, this is the place you need to be. I’ll be back for sure!!!

We have been coming here year after year, a bit away from the busy/ noisy bars in center but still close to many good restaurants. Please is open and very airy so problems with mosquitoes is not present as it is many other places in Hua Hin. Staff at hotell is very friendly , highly recommended for couples.

Overall a good stay! The hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious. My only issues were the slow check-in/out process due to the dual reception desks, and the loud street noise from trucks with speakers near the mall in the morning. Tip: Ask for a room away from the main road for a better sleep!

The hotel is great facility and suitable for family. There are many activities for kids such as kids club, beach, riding a horse. The service and breakfast is great too. We travelled by Royal Blossom Train and it was such great experience for our kid. The train was so clean and comfortable.

Best trip for family!! this is the first train trip for our family. Kids was enjoy every activity that well prepared. staff was really great so kind and very professional. we hope to come back soon. Highly Recommended for Family trip.

Our family are experience with Royal Blossom Train Express to Huahin with Intercon's Package. We're rally appreciate with service along travel journey. The Train was awesome. The room was quite comfort with nice view and superb services !!! The mini train and swimming pool is suitable for children. KIDS don't wanna go home and we gonna plan for next trip to visit again soon !!!
