InterContinental Hua Hin Resort by IHG

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the InterContinental Hua Hin team for the warm welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. At check-in, I would like to thank Khun Golf for assisting me and clearly explaining all the details and benefits of my stay. I would also like to thank Khun Antonia for kindly showing me around the Club Lounge and explaining how to use the facilities. As this stay did not include Club Lounge access, I would love to have a room package that includes Club Lounge access on my next visit. Regarding the dining experience, I would like to thank Khun Nok at Jaras Restaurant for recommending the dishes on the menu—everything looked delicious. I would also like to thank a staff member at Azure, although I cannot recall his name; he was a gentleman in a white shirt, and I believe he might be the Assistant Manager. Additionally, thank you to the Thai apprentice named Ice, who provided excellent service. Overall, I was very impressed with the beautiful hotel and the outstanding service from all the staff. I will definitely return again

The room is beautiful and in a very convenient location. It’s easy to find food nearby, and the area is peaceful. The hotel is right by the sea, and the service is excellent. I would also like to compliment a staff member named Khun Kob.

This is our family’s vacation home. Whenever we have a break from work, we always bring the family here. (Our youngest daughter constantly talks about going to InterCon every day!) All the staff are lovely, from the front desk—K. Antonia and K. Tony—to the kids' club, where K. Aoi takes wonderful care of both our daughters. The housekeeping and F&B teams are also great. This time, we stayed in a family room—our kids said it’s the best room they’ve ever stayed in across all hotels! Plus, having a package that includes access to Harbour Land made it even more wonderful for the kids. The beach here is amazing—white, soft, clean, and gentle on the feet. My kids were happily collecting crabs and playing in the sand. It’s the first beach where my youngest daughter dared to step on the sand because she felt safe (when she was 3 years old). This time, our youngest daughter had a minor accident while swimming, but the staff provided excellent first aid. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely find time to come back. We love this place! We had an amazing time at InterContinental Hua Hin! Everything from the atmosphere to the service was top-notch. Being an Ambassador member, the room upgrade we received was a fantastic perk that we truly appreciated. ​Special shout-out to Gob and Ton who looked after us so well throughout our stay. They were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for world-class service in Hua Hin, this is the place to be. Can't wait for our next visit!
