First time at this location in Jacksonville North Carolina. Very friendly staff prices are amazing. I understand they are under construction renovating and beautifying the building to better accommodate future guests. Safety is the main priority at suburban suites. my stay there has been very quiet and calm and the staff has been very accommodating in shampoo or clean towels.
I must say, check-in was a breeze. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young woman by the name of Julie. She assisted me in all of the information I needed for my stay at the hotel. Very respectful and professional young woman. She was very kind and attentive. The room was comfortable and had a nice home feel to it. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.
The coffee station is amazing, the new washers and dryers as well. Looks clean smells amazing. Definitely will come back, staff is amazing especially Julie, great personality. Stay over service is great ๐ and they continue to make changes.
Rachel was great. She was friendly and accommodating. She was very warm and welcoming. Amazing smile ๐ she also smells good. She made my stay that much more better. Much better than I expected. I would highly recommend this property to others.

The hotel has undergone renovations recently and the rooms are very clean. The carpets still need to be replaced, but the gym is accessible and the staff is friendly. It is dog friendly with treats available daily in the lobby with the coffee.
