Hunt's Castle

Please do not book here. We got in a little later than the check in time coming from out of town. Our bathroom was covered in black mildew/mold all around the walls. There was not any hot water in the bathroom or the kitchen area. The AC unit has dirt/trash all inside the vent. We had younger children with us so of course they were tired from their day already and the drive. We slept all in one bed to make sure they were a bit comfortable. When we woke the next morning we spent the day at the beach and getting back into the room to rinse off there was a baby roach in the bathroom so of course being a baby one that only meant there were more around. We had to check out early and just drove home when we were expecting to stay for the entire weekend. Photos attached show the filthy fridge, bugs on the main bed and the black mildew/mold all around the bathroom.

Needs maintenance upgrade in room

This property is decent to stay at. The pool, picnic tables with pit, and pier access are the best amenities available. Parking is good.

Rooms

There was mold all around the top of the fridge, the mattress was nasty, found a bag of moldy food under the couch, no ice machine, elevator didn’t work. Pool wasn’t clean at all, hot tub didn’t work. No coffee pot but gave you cups for coffee microwave had rust all over it. Door locks had rust all over them. Ac was dripping water into the floor

Customer service was excellent. Pool was very clean and well kept, loved the private pier.

Close to the beach. Shower was dirty and moldy. Views were good.

I think that many upgrades are due i felt very unsafe with people sitting around outside the bed was dirty wasnt clean ,floor was dirty wnded up leaving insteað of staying

Broken elevator. Broken ice machine. Broken hot tub. Broken AC flooded room. No extra towels. We have to switch rooms due to cleanliness and working AC unit.

I only enjoyed the fact that it was by the water
