UPGRADE FACILITY

I loved the location. It was right on the bay. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was awful .

The man in the front made comments about when I ask for extra towels and sheets.Then the shower broke and we won't able to shower. What do want me to say.

Check in was quick, but the room was terrible! The sheets were stained with either rust or old blood! The pullout mattress was covered in mold. Underneath the pullout couch was disgusting old food and toys, no house keeping was done while we were there. No fresh sheets, fresh towels nothing. Like if it was a problem to ask for some clean ones. They didn’t even have a spare pillow to give and it wasn’t even busy!

It was next to the water had its own pier.

Here is the deal. It is not going to be the Hilton. However when traveling with teens and dogs and a whole circus of your own making it provides accessible preteen and up entertainment. My boys fished and swam in the pool the entire time. I was able to relax and had a full sized fridge for drinks and snacks. Worked out well for me.

Ive roughed it out before, but i have NEVER seen such dirty rooms in ALL MY TRAVELS. They need to seriously book some DEEP CLEANING services ASAP. I have photos & am waiting for a refund. I tried my best to stay there with my family because they dont offer refunds, which I understood but i better get something back with the proof I have. BEDS WERE DISGUSTING, built up dust on top of EVERYTHING, water covering floor from ac unit. ETC ETC!

One day the hot water didn’t work, the next morning the cold water didn’t at all. Blankets looked dirty. Tv doesn’t work and there is only like 3 channels.
