Hunt's Castle

There was roaches all through out our room. The room I selected did not have kitchenette as pictured when asked about it they said it would be a $297 up charge when wanting to cancel the stay they said I would be charged anyway. The food we took to cook in room was basically useless. So that was annoying. Really had no choice other than to stay and was just uncomfortable and tried to stay out of the room as long as possible. Also the ac did not work on the second day at all so that was great. Couldn’t even call and complain cause they do answer the phones at all. Expedia even tried to contact the property regarding roaches and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. Pool was cloudy, couldn’t even see our legs. The property has Soo much potential sad it didn’t appear as pictured.

This the nastiest place ever stayed. Mold everywhere especially shower. Frig smelled of fish floors not swept. No refund offered. Was not cheap we booked for pier which was in didpair. Oh and door didn’t shut properly!!

Building needs maintence

It needs some TLC. It would be good if the elevator would work for elders. Would b nice if pool would close at 11pm 🙂 front desk was really nice and helped out my family with check in.

Their were bed bugs and no hot water. We felt unsafe in our room. We had people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Air condition was leaking water all over the floor.

And to top it all off their was no hot water to shower. For the price it should have been so much better. I will pay double of what I paid for to stay somewhere else next time.

The only thing we did like was the pier behind the hotel. The room reeked of mold. The walls in the bathroom had exposed mold. Not sure when rooms are cleaned, if ever. Hair in our bed, dead flies everywhere, refrigerator was dirty. There is no way this place should average 3 stars. It is a dump! Never again! We drove around to find something different next time we visit.

Booked room going off pics ect. Checked in . Literally walked in room and walked back out . Looked as if there were people living in there . The sheets were dirty, mold on the wall . Bugs . Went to get a refund and they were rude about it and that Expedia would have to do something far as the refund. Very disappointed!
