The ONLY DRAWBACK to this hotelโ€” NO APPS ON TVS. The EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT! They are Helpful- Cheery- Sweet- and Do a Great Job! Even Maintenance Man was Excellent and Quick to fix a minor issue!

The front desk clerk who worked the evening shift at 8;30 pm on September 2 was disrespectful to my husband. When he questioned her about why there was no luggage carts she brushed him off and walked back into her office and did not come back to the front desk. The lady was Asian. The breakfast buffet was unappealing. Not a good variety.

"When going to Rockville it is the ONLY place I will stay"

My suite was lovely Staff was kind and helpful Breakfast was perfect. Setting for breakfast was lovely Strip mall with restaurants etc a five minute walk from hotel

Too many news and sports Chanelโ€™s. Missed my Hallmark and Hallmark mysteries.
