This hotel is literally in the downtown. You can walk everywhere from here, staff very friendly and professional, great service, clean rooms, great view from front balcony and great deals Overall, it was a great hotel in San Miguel de Allende

A perfect location for the first time visitor ! Right next to the central plaza and church of San Miguel . Staff was very helpful and pleasant and our room was beautiful with a pocket balcony so we could watch all the festivities and fireworks for the Feast of San Miguel celebration .

Todo muy bien solo que le faltarian amenities y en cuanto a la regadera el agua sale o muy fria o muy caliente. Ademas el suelo esta muy resbaloso.

I've read a few sour apple folks complain about the bells in the village of San Miguel. Honestly, the bells are part of the charm of this village and there is no escaping them. After a day or so ... the bells are part of the fabric of your soul and the magic of SMA. The Hotel - excellent - the staff was always there, super friendly, and responsive. What more can you ask for? Thank you for a great stay.

I love the city and the history of San Miguel de Allende, everything is wonderful. The hotel location is perfect and can’t complain about it because it’s right in the middle of the central area. The room is nice and comfortable and clean, and staff is very polite, the housekeeping lady is amazing. I have a great time staying here, however there is something i have a little concern, first I don’t think I have any benefits for gold members , I don’t think my room has upgraded and front desk don’t say anything while checking in, just give me the key to the room only. Secondly I’m looking for a massage cause I might have discount for my membership but once again i can’t communicate with front desk guys, so I have to go the other place to get massages. Everything is wonderful, every one here is friendly and super nice but if we can have more communication with the customers and I think that will be great I’ll definitely come back to the hotel on my next trip to San Miguel

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff always provided help when needed. They count with free valet parking which is very valuable in a town where parking is an issue. Everything was at a walking distance and the neighborhood is really safe.
