Friendly Staff Restaurant downstairs was good food Cleaning ladies were friendly and cleaned our room daily

Very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Plenty of fresh towels for the whole family. Great continental options for breakfast. Although a slightly older establishment, the staff and owners work diligently to keep it clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

Comfy bed, good shower.

Extremely unwelcoming women on the desk on arrival at 5pm. Later asking if water was available in the hotel (as there was a boil water notice in place in town), she tapped loudly on the notice on the wall, said something under her breath and walked off. Left shocked at the reaction, she then gave me 2 bottles of water and shut the door. A disappointing start to the stay. In contrast the lady in the morning was lovely.

Staff wouldn't let us use the washroom downstairs. had to ask to have our room cleaned.

Front desk was curt, unwelcoming, and unhelpful with parking A boil water advisory was in place we're not allowed to drink tap water, brush teeth etc - they gouged clients with $3 a bottle water, no other provisions
