Knights Inn New Florence

Breakfast was pretty limited, plus the breakfast area was not kept clean and tidy. Lobby windows needed a good washing. Room was comfortable and spacious.

I booked this hotel on the road. I should’ve spent more time reviewing. The room was really dirty, especially the tub. The top lock on my door was broken and I felt so unsafe!

The manager/employee was polite.

If you don’t mind a room that feels like your favorite aunt or uncle’s old house—the one they chain-smoked in for decades and just recently “flipped” with fresh paint and steam-cleaned carpets, but where the comforter and carpet still have that lingering odor—then you’ll be fine here. Even if you're in a “non-smoking” room, the walls still reflect tar and nicotine from nearby smoking rooms, which seem to seep through. Thirteen hours after checking out, once we finally made it home, my husband asked if I had taken up smoking—my hair and clothes still smelled like smoke. We originally booked the room because we were traveling in an RV and the generator failed during a heat advisory—we needed air conditioning. No campsites were available, and we were on Day 3 of a trip from Wyoming to Ohio. Be aware: the “pet-friendly” fee is $20 per animal. I waited at the front desk the next morning—first at 7:50 AM, then again at 8:05 AM—ringing the bell three times in total, but no one ever came to provide a receipt. I also emailed the owner but am still waiting on a response.

The hole place was not as clean as it should be. Staff was not all that friendly when you could find one. Very loud

The room was very quiet even though the motel was full and it’s close to the highway. It gave the impression of recent renovations.

Very quiet area building looks recently remodeled everything looks updated inside and out very impressive led great decor front desk clerk was very nice and knowledgeable new ownership i was told everything being updated within last year or so

location was fairly convenient.
