"Lots of little things that need to be fixed."

There was no security lock on the door, we couldn’t use the fridge because it had a large chunk of ice in it and the door would not shut. There were no tissues in the tissue box. The bed was too high but once I got up there it was great. The breakfast was a big disappointment, it had cereal, bread and 1 waffle maker, juice and coffee. Paying $100 a night was way overpriced.

I have not yet been reimbursed for the cancellation of one of my reservations. I was accidentally double booked and both the hotel and bookings said I would be reimbursed. As of today 5/7/25 I have still not received my reimbursement.
