Loved the island Great diving with Dive India, up the road

We had a difficult stay. For others to enjoy better- advise is 1- book the ferry before the hotel. We hadvto cancel our last night because the morning ferry was fully booked. The hotel only supports with booking car th docks, not with ferry booking 2- book with the cancellation option. Things change with teavel plans in India, due to weather and other stuff. Best to have cancellation option. We did not, and tho wd cancelled over a week before, we had to pay full cost of the night we tried to cancel 3- be clear about housekeeping request. We were told that if we wanted the room cleaned and madeup, we should leave the key in reception when we went out. We did this and the room was not cleaned and hen we left the key one evening at 7pm, specifically asking and they came to do the room at 930 when we had retired, and again we left they key with reception at 6am and asked the following day, and room was not done when we returned at 530pm. It was finally done on our 4th and final evening. But with prompting and we still had to ask for more toilet paper. 4,- don't expect much from customer service managers - we asked to speak to managers about the cancellation and had no reply, we also complained about lack of room cleaning and had no reply at first until a couple of days later I messaged again to note that this would impact on review. They did then investigate about room cleaning, apologised and noted that it was confusing because we went out early and returned late (we were diving and on the beach!) Oh - and to note - there is a lovely seafront but beach is not a swimming beach. Best beach is other side of the island. Easy bus or tuktuk

sehr schöne Pool-Anlage W-LAN Verbindung war in Bezug auf den Standort durchaus brauchbar (in der Früh allerdings etwas besser als am Abend) Zum Jetty (Fährhafen) kann man (zu Fuß) in 10 min hin spazieren

pausenlose, kurzfristige Strom-Ausfälle zählen auf den Andamanen zur Normalität ! den Strand hinter dem Hotel kann weder bei Flut geschweige denn bei Ebbe zum Baden / Schwimmen genutzt werden

L'ambiance, le site, l'accessibilité, le professionnalisme du personnel. Et surprise, le repas du réveillon de Noël offert par l'hôtel, les cadeaux dans les chambres, le père Noël avec sa cloche et ses lutins, la décoration de l'hôtel pour Noël. Incroyable .... Très belle expérience

What an amazing hotel, without a doubt one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff were so good it was a great break, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and the grounds were like a tropical greenhouse, just amazing and I couldn't recommend it.

Nothing to dislike any where
