"Disappointing stay for the price paid"

Staff knocked on our door when we had do not disturb on, pool was dirty, beach was not as described, hairdryer was broken, room was dark and stairs precarious. Breakfast was average and provided coffee sachets rather than proper coffee. Location was good and trips were fun.

Very good property

Ground floor rooms had privacy issues. Need to keep curtains closed at all times. Needs to have plants in front so as they would form a barrier from the pathway

Outstanding hospitality by every member we interacted with, right from the reception to the wonderful people who served us, the marine biologist, the chef and the singer at the cafe. Very appreciative of the prompt response and kindness that we experienced.
