I liked the personal at the place, very professional and friendly. The place has the minimum amenities, no TV, extremely small for what they charge. In addition, your agency is quite misleading when it says every additional child cost only $ 21.95. That’s blatant lie. When discussed it with management they indicated that every child added is exactly the same cost as an adult except the6 would give 30% off. So don’t mislead customer because you know the game they would chose another on3 with accurate description. I had to pay for the extra child the same price as an adult, besides there is a note that says all residents are considered adults, go and figure what the hotel tells and what yo7tell the customer. Vet6 disappointing. Neve4 again would I make a reservation through you. I spen5 so much time talking to your custome4 service which provude$ no help afte4 spending 40 minutes on a call from overseas. It’s scandalous that you do it provid3 th3 whole picture all you care about having an additional customer without anything in return. it’s a scam, and I know you don’t care,

Les enfants ont aimé les toboggans, les piscines et l'animation. La nourriture est variée. Le personnel est serviable. Je reviendrai l'année prochaine :-)

Excellent service from start to end. Freshly prepared food at mealtimes e.g. omelettes, smoothies, pancakes, pizzas. Lots of activities on offer. Beautiful beachfront setting. Lovely air conditioned rooms with clean bedding and towels daily. Very safe and secure. Only wish for myself is some shops within walking distant outside of the hotel to allow me to explore a little.

1) je n'est pas été autorisé a entré a l’hôtel et a la réception malgré ma réservation et ma confirmation obtenue par Expedia + expedia rewards de 12:00 jusqu’à 17:15. bien sur après plusieurs contactes au téléphone et par Email.... 2) j’étais humilié par le standardiste et le réceptionniste alors que je pocéde un statu GOLD sur Expedia. 3) j'ai pas déjeuné au restaurant. 4) j'ai perdu une demi journée 5) mon petit enfant n'a pas profité des toboggans 6) ma chambre n'a pas été surclassé" malgré le STATU GOLD (vu sur parking) 7) les chambres ne sont pas équipées par des televiseurs ni refregirateurs. 8) bateau sur mer est inexistant remplacé par un BAR qui est payant

Les piscines sont magnifiques. Ainsi que les toboggans. La nourriture est varée mais sans gott. Les travailleurs sont utiles.

Service et acceuil chaleureux. Petite chambre, la clim est off en juin. Bouff variée et délicieuse pour un hôtel 3* Vaste avec deux jolies picines et un aquapark pourvle ptits et les grands

Amazing very big hotel with so many facilities, we found everything we needed so no need to go out, the beach is great and very clean also all the swimming pools, we definitely going back there.

- lots of English guests are staying here. We got put with the Russians in block 3. - rooms are small and basic. No tv, no fridge, no hairdryer or soap etc - the swimming pools are really nice and the sunbed guy will always sort you a sun bed out. The staff were really friendly and worked really hard. The beach bar had really nice pizzas and crepes. Food was quite good to be fair. The waterslides were worth ago Horse stables were on site and you could just visit or pay for rides. The shows were good in the evening or you can chill at a few other bars. We got a taxi into sousse a couple of times to the medina and dinner/drinks. Great holiday
