Very disappointed with this motel experience. The front desk staff, especially Latifa and the manager, were extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment we checked in. One of them was eating at the front desk while speaking to us instead of properly listening to our concerns. When we tried to address our complaints respectfully, the manager became argumentative and went off on us rather than trying to help resolve the situation professionally. We stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. They only provided 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 body towels that were so small they were practically the size of hand towels. The towels themselves felt like sandpaper and were very uncomfortable to use. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. We asked for more toilet paper and it was never brought to us, forcing us to use towels instead. The stairways and common areas were also extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The entire property felt neglected, unsanitary, and poorly managed. No matter how much you pay for a room, guests should still be treated with respect and provided with basic cleanliness and customer service. I truly hope people read this review and think twice before staying here. I would never stay at this motel again. I did not use the do not disturb sign couldn’t even find one like having a blow dryer hook with no blow dryer. I can’t 🤣 Then this what they had to say…. We would like to clarify that from the beginning of the interaction, our staff experienced repeated yelling, disruptive behavior, and threats of negative reviews while attempting to assist with concerns presented during the stay. Our team strives to remain professional and respectful even during difficult situations. We would also like to clarify that a Do Not Disturb sign was displayed on the room during the stay.
