"Great location. "

Due to covid-19 the area was non congested and the price was significantly lower than before. The mystay is located in a central area which makes traveling to other places easy. Staff were friendly and responsive and the room was clean as expected from the rest of other nights spent at a mystay.

Despite the extremely modern lobby for check-in, the rooms were rather old. The elevators were also quite slow, which made it hard to go up and down especially considering the fact that the check-in/out was on the second floor and not the first. But other than that, great hotel with great service.

Terrible stay there! Very unfriendly front desk staff, terrible. Tried to cancel the hotel booking 2 weeks before the date as plan changed, but rejected by the hotel reservation staff. Super upset.
