This property was one of those where the photos are far superior to the actual hotel. It is very old and dated (the lighting in the photos made it look good). The reception is the only nice part about it. The rooms were dingy and a bit smelly but the bathroom was lovely and clean. The major problem way that they advertise that there is air conditioning BUT they switch the building to heating as of 1 November and it was still 22C during the day and the room was very hot. You actually can't get air conditioning! When you open the window the 10cm it opens all you hear is the busy road noise and it isn't enough to cool the room down. Reception way nice enough to provide a fan and it the staff were very lovely and spoke good English. We only stayed one night in the end (supposed to be 3 nights) and checked out early as we didn't sleep a wink. The hotel said that they would contact Expedia to arrange a refund for the next 2 nights but i will wait to see and follow it up when I get home.

"Uncomfortable "

The lobby looked very clean and professional so was expecting something similar with the room. It wasn't. Their a/c was broken so it was only heating in the room. Had to turn on the humidifier because it was very warm and stuffy in the room. Felt very uncomfortable throughout the night. The room didn't looked a little old. Will not be going back.

It has everything you expect it to have for a business hotel, and the location is smack in the middle between two important train stations, very convenient. Convenience stores just across the road and supermarket just next to it.
