I loved how clean it was and that there were separate rooms within my hotel room.

Rooms to be updated.

Hotel has improved from last time I visited. It is located in a small open plaza with stores of different kinds: supermarket, pharmacy, gym, pizzas and a gas station across the street. It is far from downtown Guanajuato, at the exit towards Dolores Hidalgo. This area is what people in town know as “hotel zone” sharing with more expensive hotels such as San Xavier (formerly Camino Real), Castillo Santa Cecilia and Abadía. The rooms are not luxurious but very convenient. You enter through a smaller room with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a sink (no kitchen or dinning ware). You also have a love seat couch and a small table. There is a door dividing this room from the bedroom with a good closet and a safe. Cable TV, air conditioning, fan, and a terrace with a table (if your room faces the back of the property. The bathroom does not have a tub. There is a restaurant unworthy of trying. Guanajuato has excellent food and this one is overrated.

Everything was perfect, amazing room! The only thing was that the elevator didn’t work.

Comfortable stay .

At first I wondered about the location but it was perfect if you have a vehicle. Lovely modern decor. The rooms with he balcony are especially nice.

The service at the restaurant is terrible and the hotel can be noisy at night. Other than that it was fine.
