Staff was polite

No hot water for all 3 days. We asked them daily, they were checking but never was done.

rooms not as described. no working heaters and when I mention issues to staff, we were brushed off. we were told they couldn’t do anything because most units didn’t work and only offered additional blankets. it was until we said we wanted to cancel that they started making calls to find a solution. this all happened at 11:30pm. I had to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere.

Though my room was outdated it was spacious and had everything needed.

There are many fume detectors in the hallways, and they loudly beep every 1 minute all day and all night. This beeping could be easily heard in my room even through two closed doors. I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. No one from the staff spoke even basic English.

Thin walls

In 15 minutes you walk right into the center of town and for 60 pesos a taxi brings you back up. Cheap but good place to spend 1 maybe 2 nights.

It's all old, no problem but they could have at least replaced the is sheet for a set without holes and stains.

Nice place and beautiful gardens. Nice pool area and nice breakfast.

The room smelled like humidity. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Staff were very nice.
