Bit slow service

Excellent location, very good view from my window. I liked the room with a single bed, as I asked.

The Internet connection was poor so I had to watch my film on my phone. There was no socket to charge my phone by the bed, so it made it difficult. The quilt was too hot and although i keot my window open, I was too hot at night. The bathroom was good but I couldn't get cold water at the wash basin tap. I also had to climb into a bath tub to have a shower.

blackout blinds in the bedroom ,could have bee a small packet of biscuits to go with morning tea in our room

Comfortable mattress. Bedding crisp and clean. Towels clean.

Shower coming away from the wall and the shower screen didn't close properly so the shower had to be pointed away from the screen to avoid water all over the floor which meant you were squashed into the corner of the shower! Wash basin didn't drain unless the plug was pulled right out. Curtain falling off the rail. We accept this is a very old building but that doesn't excuse the above.
