the room was lovely we stayed in room 21 only thing I would say that the bathroom floor creaked so loud when you walk on it

Location was good, staff very friendly but rushed off their feet.

It was advertised as free parking but no spot until late at night, so misrepresented there. Beds were too soft and lights in bathroom really poor and low.

Great location

Very slow check-in and breakfast service due to chronic understaffing. My room (4) was dated and stuffy with a mechanical toilet that was noisy and smelly.

Great location, historic building. Nice outside seating area.

Carpet in our room was gross. Poor shower attached to bath taps. Finish to walls & skirting board just tatty. Quilt cover torn. Room was tired as were communal areas.
