Room was too warm despite fan

The hotel was extremely dated and unclean, with 4 corridors to find the room which I had been given without correct direction in the hotel. The room door was moving on the lock, and this was a standard yale lock that I believe could have been opened with slight pressure. I used a chair to add security to the door overnight. The room was very small stuff and single bed. The hotel room was above the beer garden which was very noisy and whilst I appreciate that there is often noise in hotels this was ongoing until late. There was a fire notice on the door or the room but no hotel layout so had there been any reason for me to leave the room in an emergency due to the 4 wonky floor corridors in the hotel I would have been at a loss to find the nearest exit as there was not real signage. Overall this hotel is unsafe for a lone female traveller. The shower had loss of power which affected the temperature.
