Bell Hotel by Greene King Inns

The breakfast staff were very good and the breakfasts were substantial.

I felt that some of the younger staff lacked in social speaking and communication skills. I have stayed on previous occasions and the staff have been more friendly. A Green King pub with no no Abbots ale or IPA, come on guise whats going on?

The room was lovely, the staff were very helpful.

I checked into my room and it smelt awful,like a really bad drainage smell,had 2 open all the windows to let out the smell,then I used the shower,I had to stop the shower and come out of it as the shower was flooding,told the receptionist and she just said thanks for telling me,I'll get the maintenance man in it,no apology or nothing!!
