No issues at all!

The room was clean and comfortable. Sadly, the restaurant was dreadful. Holly and Gabby did their best on a busy evening, they were a credit to the hotel. The main course food was appalling. After complaining, our bill was adjusted to our satisfaction. Breakfast was at 8am. We were over for this time, but the staff member wasn’t prepared. I had to eat my cereal out of a mug(no bowls) small drop of hot water in a flask for tea. After perusing the menu, I opted for the brioche bun yogurt and berries for breakfast…..no brioche buns. The saving grace was the nice room and pleasant staff.

The staff throughout my stay were friendly and helpful. Comfortable clean room and lovely bathroom. There was a good choice for breakfast and the food in the restaurant was excellent. It is a great base to stay when I visit friends in the area.

Lovely room with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff, great location. Great value breakfast Limited local amenities-need a car or taxi if visiting neighbouring villages which can be expensive £40 for 7 mile journey

Very welcoming ladies on reception both days of my stay. Breakfast was great and very good variety. Room was very comfortable, warm and well supplied (would have loved a bottle of water though!) Only thing personal to me was there wasn't any healthy dinner options but if I had the time I would have gone elsewhere for dinner. Would definitely stay here again

All good. Just one thing; loud, random booms at odd hours of the night. Water heating pipes maybe, but quite startling to the unprepared visitor.

The toilet was smelly and not clean, and the kettle needed descaling. Our towel rail in the bathroom did not work, thus having no heating in the bathroom when the temp outside was 1 degree. On the second night the heating in the bedroom flashed an Error, not giving much heat out. The staff were helpful and very welcoming
