La Recepcionista Shuko de origen Japonés, muy rápida en responder al Email, servicial y simpática. El Apartamento está muy bien (muy completo, la lavadora y secadora es comunitaria, cuesta 6 AUD cada una). Aunque no está en la Explanade (ahí están todos los Restaurantes y bonita Avenida marítima para pasear) tienes un Centro Comercial + Estación del Tren justo al lado. Muy tranquilo por la noche....

Hay una tipa en la Recepción con cara de CASSOWARY y de nombre Karen muy antipática!... si no sabes sonreír + saludar! "ponte a trabajar donde no te vean!"... éste tipo de GENTE NO LA SOPORTO!, parecen que te regalan la habitación!!!. Solicité la factura y una Recepcionista de nombre Anita, me dijo que no era posible por temas de facturación de Booking.com.... pues muy mal!.

Overall, I had a great experience staying at Southern Cross Atrium Apartments. The location is excellent - within easy walking distance to the shopping centre, restaurants, and cafés, which made everything so convenient. Definitely a 5-star location. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and informative throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the security, with the gates locked from 9pm each night. It felt very safe and secure overnight, especially given the central location. The pool areas are gorgeous - inviting, refreshing, and absolutely worth checking out. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily recommend Southern Cross Atrium Apartments.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best for streaming movies / shows for the duration of my stay, so I ended up watching the Foxtel channels instead.
