Arrived at the check in desk, pressed for assistance 3 times- no-one came. I then had to go and find a member of the team. I was checked in by the manager who was very friendly and professional. There are a lot of stairs to the rooms, if you have mobility restrictions it could be challenging. I ordered food in the restaurant, for some reason the waiter couldn't find my table, my food was walked around the restaurant at least 3 times despite trying to get his attention before it was delivered to my table. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium, it was cold and more rare then medium. There was no table check done. Took the steak home for my dog.
Had a nice night spent at the hotel, only let down by a couple of things having to leave the bar as glass wwasher broke down, getting my bar bill wrong and when i asked for orange juice at breakfast got told no more available
