Rothley Court Hotel by Greene King Inns

The bar, terrace and beer garden were very comfortable, with plenty of seating and friendly, hospitable staff. Breakfast was particularly good value with nicely cooked food and pleasant service. The hotel grounds are outstanding, with plenty of room for parking.

Some of the public areas are a bit shabby and are in need of refurbishment, and the dinner menu could be improved by adding some healthier, freshly prepared options.

The building is beautiful and the location is rural but a short walk into Rothley. The twin room is not in the main building but the room was large and beds comfortable, shower was powerful. Lovely grounds to sit outside.

Shower didn’t work. Also noisy TV from the next room until 10.30pm.

The staff at the bar opened us a tab and then didn’t - a little off putting when your a guest staying

It was private.

It’s not the main building where you stay. The room needed some maintenance. Simple things like the toilet roll holder was loose. Bath side needs replacing or fixed. It’s just tired.

Lovely staff. This is a beautiful building that could do with an serious upgrade. The gardens are beautiful & well kept. If this was upgraded I’d happily pay double

Lovely grounds, very comfy bed, good blackout curtains, plenty of parking, great breakfast.

Walls felt paperthin into corridor, could hear everything. Some staff quite grumpy/unfriendly. No plug points by bed. Inflexible charging in bar.
